King David Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is an intimate home with just 100 residents, which allows us to provide our services with an individualized touch. We believe that families and friends are an important and integral part of each resident’s plan of care, and we encourage families to participate and use our support services.
Our Facility
King David Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is designed as a place where residents needing assistance and supervision will enjoy their day in an active, safe and nurturing environment. We have specialized rehabilitation services with proactive therapists and equipment designed to benefit our residents. King David Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has comfortable lounges and dining rooms. We provide complimentary satellite TV service in common areas and resident rooms.

24-Hour Licensed Nurses
Our licensed nurses are on duty 24 hours a day, overseeing resident care to ensure they receive optimum health, comfort and safety. Our dedicated staff has worked here, on an average, for several years. Our very low staff turnover helps us provide consistent staffing, so that residents are assisted by the same staff members, who get to know each resident and can provide personalized care.
